Jen,
You can basically post anywhere, start a new thread or reply to others. Once you've made 5 posts you can start chatting, that's the fun part, where you meet a lot of regulars. Hope this helps. Love and Hugs, Tara

Hi Jen, it's nice to meet you. Like Tara said, you can browse the forums and post a new thread wherever you feel comfortable or if you read another members post and would like to respond there is an add reply button and a screen pops up for you to reply in and then click on submit reply. If you have any questions feel free to private message any community liaison or moderator, here is a link to a list of forum leaders.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
