Try to focus on the good things you have in your life, think about all the parts of yourself that are healthy, think about how much you mean to your family and how much they love you! Never Give Up! There is no such thing as a hopeless situation, As long as there is life there is hope!
Think about if you die today how many millions your family would be willing today to have you back, just realize you are temporarily in a cloud of depresison, it will soon lift and happiness will return again, and you'll be saying Oh!! It's so good to be alive!!!

everything getting worsed everyday...maybe i should realized nothing will get any better with my life....and my mom sick please pray for her....
