I came here a few days ago not knowing where to turn. Depression is horrible! Most of my depression comes during the winter. New Hampshire's winters seem to never end. I love this state because of it's mountains. I love to climb them, but in the snow and ice I really can't. I had a car accident back in January of 2000, and I broke my right shoulder, ruptured my C spine from C2 down, broke my right pelvic bone, right knee and ankle. I also tore my right bicep muscle. The doctors told me that down the road I'll be needing everything operated on. Well....it's down the road. I had my shoulder operated on twice with no succes, so I live with pain. Next Tuesday, I'll find out if I need my knee done. I might just need a series of injections for now....I hope that's what I'm told on Tuesday. I also developed epilepsy from my C spine damage. (It's very much under control though)

So that's my story and why depression comes and goes with me. But finding all of you here makes me happy and I wanted to thank you for that.

Thank You So Much!

Joey

Thank You PC
My first shoulder operation, April, 07.....ouch!

Always happy to hear from you, and just as grateful for finding you as you are for finding PC. This really is a wonderful place. We're all so fortunate to have come together and be able to support one another.
