I feel all messed up inside my head, my heart and I feel like my soul is gone from my body.
I a sick of the extreme mood swings, the despair the hopelessness, the agitaition, the nightmares, the intrusive thoughts, the inserted thoughts, the compulsions, the anger, the fear, the confusion.

It is all very depressing and I don't want to keep living a life like this.
I am not giving up. I am still trying and I am just sick of it!!!!!!

One foot in front of the other. That is all I do. That is all I can do. That is all the "other" voice inside me will let me do.

But I, ME, I want to do more, so much more.

What I hold on to is the knowledge that change happens, the hope that it will happen in a positive way if I direct it that way.

Of course you're sick of these things. Getting mad is perhaps a useful approach. I wonder if primal scream therapy might be something to try. I don't know if that technique is even used anymore, but it seems like raging might be a good tool for attacking the madness within.

Keep fighting, Berries! I'm glad that the "real" you wants to get well. That's the most important thing. Sorry it's rough, but I'm glad you're not giving up.
