I am so afraid that my constant depression and anxiety will ruin my marriage of 22 years. I mean, she is the one, and will always be the only one. I hope to live every day she is alive minus one.

Does she know you are depressed? If not, maybe you should tell her exactly what you said here. She is the one you love, you should allow her into your deepest emotions. That is true intimacy.
She knows you love her. Allow her the chance to help you. Also, if you aren't seeing someone currently you should start. Good luck my friend! You can make it. Never forget your wife loves you and is there for you! |

I agree with Dan. Have you talked to her about your depression or your fears of the impact it'll have on your marriage? It's some pretty scary stuff to talk about but once it's out in the open it might be a great relief. good luck. ![]()
