Manda is stupid and posted in the wrong forum.
Posted "I don't think I can" in Anxiety, Panic, and Phobias...
even though it is a post related to anxiety over an psych appt,
I now realize I should of posted in the psychotherapy forum.
Maybe that is why no one has replied to me yet?
