I don't have anything useful to say other than I feel like ****. And thats not at all useful anyhow...

Somehow in this "brilliant" head of mine I managed to forget to take THREE days worth of meds and I am feeling the withdrawal effects now. I actually had thought last week that I might be able to go off of them, but I now realise how much my body actually needs them to maintain a semi-constructive way of being.

ugh. I am so dizzy and all I want to do is curl up in a ball and sleep. Too bad I start exams in a week.

I'm sorry... huge pitty party. goooo me.

Don't beat yourself up about it jacq. It happens to the best of us. I've forgotten to take my meds for days on end as well. But, the more I forgot to take them and had to deal with the withdrawal, the easier it was to remember to take them I read somewhere that you have to forget something 7 times before it's committed to your long term memory..
Thanks for this!
