Keep your chin up.
Just because you are on meds does not mean you will be on them forever.
Just because you are depressed now does not mean you will be that way forever.

Try to take things slowly, step by step. First try to handle life with meds, or find meds that work for you.

Sometimes if the meds can pull you out, you can then wean off of them, and be ok.

For now, little steps.

It is difficult at times but remember you cannot predict the future so you don't know how things are going to pan out. Take each day one step at a time.

I am sick of the ups and downs too. Take advantage of every good moment while you can, and get through the bad ones with the faith that the down days won't drag on forever. Keep reminding yourself that you are worthwhile and that it is possible to be happy, even if you don't believe it, even if it sounds stupid or impossible right now. I know it's hard, but depression can be fought. Take it one day at a time.

Sending you lots of good vibes.

((((winner37)))) your good thought for the day is how considerate you are of other people. I don't know much about you, but when we have chatted, and even here in posts from others, you thanked them promptly. You seem to listen well and care about others. That is an awesome trait that many people don't have!! Remember that today:-)
