I'm just feeling all bleargh. I dont wanna do anything. I have a mountain of work to do and I should be panicing about getting it done and doing it, but I'm not. I just can't get motivated. I know if I don't go my English essays I'll get kicked out of my English lessons, Mr. Murray, head of 6th form, will go crazy with me and my biology teachers will be incredably disappointed.

I just dont want to do anything.

Why have a future?

I couldn't cope.

I can't live like everyone else.

So what's the point in doing anything?

Hang in there, kiddo!

I am sorry you are in such pain and despair.
I've been there. Depression and school are not a good mix.
Try to break things down into steps. Baby steps.
Maybe some first steps might look like--getting out of bed, taking a shower, making piles of homework--divide them into the most urgent to the ones that can wait a little longer.
Stuff like that, might help a little.
Dont be so hard on yourself. You are doing the best you can do with the situation you are in.
Hang in there.
Thanks for this!

hmm, I just had a quick shower and that really helped @_@.

I'll do some dividing now, write down which days I do what, I'll do some, get ready for the party I'm being dragged to, then do some more untill we leave.

*hugs* Thankyou

I know the feeling. More or less in the same boat of blah-ness as you are. Sending you lots of hugs and good vibes to get you through.

HI everyone
My name id Roxy. I am trying to "post a new thread" ithink you call it on this forum. I think im doing it wrong Please can someone inform me to the proper way.
I also, suffer from severe depression, among other diagnoses, and even though I take 3 meds for depression sometimes those feeling of uselessness and nothingness and emptiness flood in me. I thought the meds would stop those feelings?? Does anyone know what I mean, I open to any opinions or feeling on the subject, maybe I not alone,
Thanks for listening, sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

Roxy....

What's up??????

It seems like you already know how to start/post a thread. I see you have started four threads on your own already?

You posted the "Just found you today" thread, the "Self Injury" thread, the "Can anyone explain" thread, and the "My Depression" thread.

Oh well...I guess you are NEW to the internet and PC, huh? LOL

To start a new thread, do just like you did before with the others. Go into the main forum, (e.g., depression, dissociative disorders, self injury, etc.) and there will be a "Post Thread" button up towards the top left corner of your screen.

I will start a new thread for you so you won't have to search all the way back here, K.

Good luck, and take care.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
