![]() ![]() Are you taking any medication to help you sleep? I could not go more than 3 or 4 days on so little sleep without falling apart and melting down!

![]() I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you." Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure. Thank ya'll.
I use to go with 2-3 hours a sleep for a long long time, then got up in the past year to 5-6 hours. I'm so use to this sleep pattern. almost 4 years straight of it. For some reason the pdoc i had and my regular doc would not give me anything for sleep. It didnt seem very important to them. Don't know. |
