severe pain today. yesterday i made "soul collage cards" and between the detailed cutting of all the pictures for 5 art cards, and very simple, mild yoga arm stretches (overhead) my right arm is barely usable today. the pain woke me this morning at 5am. aaaah yes. soul collage taught us to sit in the buddha practice of ahh yesssss, accepting what is, not labeling it good or bad. breathing thru the pain.... trying.

It's amazing how when you get so involved in a detailed project or activity the time passes quickly. While your body won't say much at the time it definitely expresses it's displeasure in the middle of the night or when you awaken the next day.
