I go to see my orthopedic doctor on Monday to see what the next step in relieving my pain is. I have tried the steriod shots and some kind of cream you rub on your knees to make the pain go away. Neither worked. The steroid shots lasted about an hour. I can only get those 4xs a year. The shot itself didn't hurt but it didn't help either. So we will see what is next in his bag of tricks. I am hoping one of the things is a handicap tag for my car as it causes lots of pain to walk from the parking lot at Walmart and stores like that and then have to shop. So I walk into the store and then use a riding cart. So who knows what he will say.

Jan, have you ever tried a yeast free, carb free diet? I was on it for a while and felt twenty years younger. I fell off the bandwagon however and am working about getting back on it. I am utterly disgusted with myself for my failure.

I hope you feel better very soon.
