I've been diagnosed with Sjogrens. Won't see a rheumatologist until the end of July. It is driving me crazy. Just one more ailment on top of many. Has anyone any good suggestions

Hi Ladymindful.
I have had sjogrens for at least 15 years, been up and down the flare-up scale. What are your symptoms when you say it is "driving you crazy?". Facing Chains

My Mom and one of her sisters have Sjogren's. My doc is monitoring me now for symptoms. I have already tested mildly positive for the rheumatoid antibodies.
