I don't know what I've done to my knee or leg, but it has been in so much pain the past week and a half or so. I can't walk very much on it.
Now my lower back is sore, I think I'm twisting a little to put less weight on the sore leg. I'm super cranky too. It's hot where I am today and the heat causes my heart rate to race and my breathing difficult. Today is just a **** day. I wish I had my own smart TV to watch movies and just rest. How are others' day going? |

My back was seizing up from standing so long last night but not bad enough to take anything for it. Hope your knee feels better soon.
I stayed busy today and had an art class tonight. Now I’m chilling watching pbs.

Thanks! I am going to call the physiotherapist on Monday to see what they can do to help.
Glad you had a decent day and chilling with some PBS. |
