Why do they have to change the times??? I have enough trouble with reality and keeping up with the time. Is bad enough when I lose the time because of the MPD, but to switch it around. Does nothing my make my life even harder. I don't sleep enough to start with and now they taken an hour away from me. Last night was one of the hardest nights I've had in a very long time. When I did fall asleep I found that I was sleep walking and talking. I was all over the room. And when I got up today and found teeth marks in my arms. My head feeling like someone took a sledge hammer to it. I am so tired. I just want some rest of any kind. Monty

I think its good because I can point out to others this time loss as a small sip of the flood of time that gets washed away in a dissociative state - so maybe the rest of the world can almost relate a little to the disorienting feeling of waking up and looking around and sayinh "oh %#@&#!" where did this time go?

Monty,

You are not alone. Anything that messes with the schedule messes with everything. I like daylightsavings time I just wish they would leave it alone from now on.

I am hoping you get some good rest soon.

Stay safe Monty.

Take care.

Try to think of time change in that it benefits people in general. We have an extra hour later at night to enjoy. I don't like it either 'cos it screws up my week. But I try to focus on the fact I myself get more daylight when I'm up, which is later in the day!
Other than that, I do understand where you are coming from. I really do. I'm just trying to give you something else to think 'bout. It helps me a little anyways.
Love,
RhysMadison

Yeah, the time change doesn't help...especially when you're having a hard enough time sleeping in the first place. Screwed me around, too.....woke up with 2 small cigarette burns and bright red hair! Time change, hurts more then it helps One helluva night, indeed!

Try to think of it as an opportunity to enjoy brilliant sunsets longer! Time change, hurts more then it helps I love a nice, long sunset...makes going to bed more bearable!

If your head gets screwed in too many different ways, turn it towards my mailbox! ya know...PM me, dude! You know my number! Time change, hurts more then it helps

Take today light, slide into it, girl! I'm pullin' for ya!

Sorry I've been quiet and haven't responded to anyones post. Would say I've been trying to rest. But that would be a lie. Just to depressed to say or do anything. I've tried to read everyones post. But it's hard to focus enough to read anything. But I did want to thank everyone for posting a responds. I did finually read them all. Thank you for your time. Just wish I could say or do more. But I am just unable to do that at this time. Thanks everyone, Monty

Monty,

None of us here expect you to "be on" all the time. We GET what it is like to only be able to log in, attempt to read but not have anything really make sense, shuffle back to couch, try to sleep but just sit there for hours, log back on and try again to read with same effect as previously........ad nauseum.

One day at a time. One moment at a time. When that time comes that you're feeling better than the basics we'll be happy to see you.

In the meantime it is always nice to see you pop in. We're patient and do not want to pressure you to feel you have to post!! Just take care of yourselves and we'll be here when you feel up to visiting. Time change, hurts more then it helps

take gentle care Monty,
