i feel weird. probably due to not having taken my meds properly for about a month. i feel different, in the head. like maybe im not thinking right. dunno how to explain. in a way theres a 'not me' feeling to all im doing atm. i dont know if this is were i should be posting....

(((Phoenix))) I hope you can get back to the regular med dose. That can make you feel really weird. I think I know what you're feeling like. I hope it goes away soon. Can you sleep? Maybe that would help.

You need to get back on your medications. Do you have a therapist to discuss what you are doing through?
