no reason… no rhyme
she is there all the time
I do not know her heart
her mind is a mystery in hiding
it scares me when she is confiding
what is it I will come to know?
her voice is not my own
I am afraid to find the unknown
need to come closer to her

I have to learn to see

You did put it so poetically and exactly like I think it really is. I think maybe all multiples go through this dilemna when we begin to admit to ourselves what we are hearing and experiencing. I know I sure have felt so much fear and puzzlement. It is an ongoing deal and my biggest point of thankfulness is that it grows easier for me to accept what is shared with me (the host). I had such an extreme denial system that we fought off the truth for way longer than I like to contemplate. Later is better than never.

Please, hang in there and know it is for a good reason that you are hearing other parts of you. With concern,

You sure put your thoughts so well. I wish I could describe things the way you did. We have had experience of what you wrote in your poetry.
