So, I was inspired by Elysium's video and the question about mapping and started making a collage of sorts today. I felt kind of driven to do it, as a visual about what goes on internally for me, based on what I know and what T has told me.

I am SO TRIGGERED now. I don't know why. My hands aren't mine and that's always a really bad sign for me.

Need to get grounded. Not sure how

Keep talking to us. I don't care what you talk about but try to stay in contact with someone. Tell me what you're having for dinner.

We went out to eat - it is little son's birthday I have to make a dirt cake for his party tomorrow. Maybe he will help me.

When I am going away in T I ask him sometimes to tell me something borting from the real world to help me stay here and if we can't think ofanything i'll tell him to tell me what hehad for breakfast. Just like this!

Dirt cake?

Flowers LOVE dirt cakes. They are especially fond of the gummy worms.

((((((((((((Treehouse)))))))))))) Figuring out inside is pretty scary, in my opinion. How brave you are to try to piece the puzzle together though!

How are you feeling now, any better? My T does the same thing. She tells me what her cats are up to or what she did the last weekend, some normal activity type stuff. It helps a lot.

The dirt cake sounds yummy! I used to make the children's cakes when they were young. It was really a lot of fun. Life is to the point where I am unable to do that now (plus they are adults anyway and train cakes just don't hold the same appeal, lol), but I think about it sometimes. I hope it is a fun project for you and son.

Please let us know how you're doing when you get the chance.

In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of aspirants and adepts; as a spiritual teaching tool; for establishing a sacred space; and as an aid to meditation and trance induction.

According to David Fontana, its symbolic nature can help one "to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises."

The psychoanalyst Carl Jung saw the mandala as "a representation of the unconscious self,"and believed his paintings of mandalas enabled him to identify emotional disorders and work towards wholeness in personality.

In common use, mandala has become a generic term for any plan, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically, a microcosm of the Universe from the human perspective.

Oh! Drawing and coloring is so much fun! (and it is pretty much the only healthy route I have found for grounding myself)

I made mandalas for art class once, one was based off of a fish, and the other was based off of a bird. They were very pretty. I wish I could show you guys but they are about 5 years old now and they weren't taken very good care of so once I get a tablet maybe I can remake them for you because I remember exactly what both of them looked like.

I like making them, but I take a lot of thought to make them so I usually just stick with ink doodles (which, I think I'm good at. At first I just thought they were normal but everyone likes them so I guess I'm good at them)

I hope you feel more grounded now. Feel your feet on the surface of the floor...wiggle your toes ..squeeze an ice cube in your hand.
The dirt cake sound great! You can buy gummy tarantulas and gummy rats too! I heard of someone making an aquarium cake only with blue jello for the sea and floating gummy fish inside.

I sorries you triggered!!!

I proud you making collage....let it come...let it have it's life...it's earned it. Once it is done...you can show your T, or you can hide it away and never look at it again...but at least you can get some out.

I think dirt cake is yummy too!!!

Hope you feels better....

Sorries again....
