As you know, there is a 21+ chat, as well as a fourm for men/women only.
Our Host is female, but is never out on here. Our Host is 17, but is never out on here.
Most of us who are out on here are males over 21 (Such as myself). Should we really have restrictions here because of those two things? We have enough restrictions IRL because of sex and age issues as it is!
So, what's the verdict? Should it really matter, especially on a site like this?

its just like when an underage person tries to get alcohol or get into a club. It doesn't ask how old your alter is. It asks for ID. So my opinion is yes it matters. A lot.

I don't think it should matter! Why should the older alters be forced to suffer because they are stuck in a younger body? It's not like they will be drinking or doing drugs or dating older people, it's just to talk about things that older people go through, and older alters go through those as well!

I suppose it's what the conversation is about. The same conversation with a man and with a woman would be two totally different things.
I don't want to get into particulars, but I'm not comfortable with certain subjects especially if a male is speaking about them.

IMHO...I think that for the safety of the host, and for the safety and comfort for those who may not know that they are talking with someone who is still legally under age that yes, the age of the host SHOULD matter.

21+ is for mature topics. Even though your parts are over 21, I don't think it is necessarily fair to others in this environment if they do not know they are communicating with a minor female.

So, it's not that I don't think the parts couldn't handle it, or that I think the parts are not mature, it's more an issue for the safety of the minor female and others who may not be aware of the situation.

the host shouldn't be exposed to certain things before legally and emotionally ready. Also in regards to the participants of chat, it could make the others uncomfortable. There no rush to experience this type of thing.

Age and gender restrictions go by body age. The guidelines are there for a reason. Just as bodies that are older are not allowed in the teen chat room. It's for the protection of all. I'm sorry if you feel left out Eriks and others. It is not meant to leave anyone out. There are many other rooms and forums that you can go into. Perhaps focusing on the positives of that will help? Please take gentle care.
