I feel like dont have a face and Im just headless and faceless, and I feel like Im in a first person shooter game, like nothing is real. I feel really sleepy, and I usually take naps and only get about 6 or 8 hours of sleep. Is this normal for DP?

if you were here where I live and work (NY USA) no this would not be called depersonalization disorder (DP) here it would be called psychosis, psychotic, sleep deprivation..and many other things..even medication problems can cause these same problems.

here people with depersonalization disorder feel like their head and face feel like the same feeling you get when a part of your body falls asleep...numb, prickly, funny (strange) but their head and face feels like its still there. kind of like how someone feels after they have been out until all hours drinking (a hang over type feeling), in a dream like state but reality /sense of reality is all there.

in other words here in NY in the USA we go according to the diagnostic criteria for Depersonalization.. which can be found here ...

my suggestion is contact your treatment provider they can tell you what it is that you are feeling and help fix it for you.
