Uummm?

Yesterday (I think it was yesterday) there was a post by someone (don't remember who) and I think it was in the DD forum (not really sure), but maybe it was in one of the support rooms (I'll have to check there too).

Anyway, it was about something to do with DID (I think) and said something about "acting" dissociated (that I remember). I attempted to read the article but it was triggering some of my anger and I couldn't keep reading it. I remember posting a response to the thread author about not being able to read it cause it was triggering my anger. But I was gonna come back later and attempt to read it.

I'm pretty sure this really happened. () It kind of seems distant and far away. Maybe I dreamed it? Does anyone else remember this thread? I checked all the posts I've made in the last couple days and it's not showing up.

Was it pulled, or am I just...losing it?

Not looking at him is about keeping aspects of self hidden/secret. We know that is not the healthy choice. Keep working on this - you will get there.

Accept there are parts. Be kind and gentle with them. Working with parts and feelings is the key to happiness. We have been happy before when listened to them and accepted them and were open to feelings. Write in your journal - it is safe to do so.

It was in the PT forum and it was pulled.

I think it was posted as a direct response to something I wrote and it really hurt my feelings

Treehouse...I'm sorry your feelings were hurt and if it was posted in a way to cause you distress then I'm glad they took it down.

Take care peeps!!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
