Do you ever just have days when you feel like it is just one problem after another internally? You deal with one alter upset about one thing, then turn around and have another alter upset about something else?

It just makes us feel like we have lost our mind sometimes.
We fight and fight to stay healthy and keep our job.
We maintain our relationship - amazingly enough.
And we make it through the nights.

Sometimes do you ever just get so so tired of the internal battle?
DID stinks...
Thanks for this!

Sorry you're having a bad day. Your point is well understood. I've been trying to concentrate today on some reports at work, but one just won't stop screaming. I was on a client call last week and this little screamer almost broke through.

Please be well.
Thanks for this!

Sorry this was not one of your better days. Yes trying to get everyone working in the same direction is challenging. You need plenty of patience at times. It will get better as everyone grows and learns. Let me know if you need any help. Take care.

Wow. Yep! can relate. Was dealing internally with a trigger and Little One came out and tried to help take a call for me. It is kinda funny in a nerveous way. She is 8 but was trying hard to write down all the stuff the way I would in the ticket. But I know the caller was a bit "lost" because she knows me.

Unfortunatly, the answer is yes!
In fact, we're going through that right now!
But we can help eachother, right?

yes fighting and problems internally happens all the time. T and Pdoc don't seem to understand. At the moment some alters are trying to process a trigger for flashbacks and other alters and upset with the way the alters are processing it. never ending stress at the moment.
Thanks for this!

This AM woke up so angry. Think Mick was dreaming last night. Hope today will settle down... do not need this. :-)

Sorry about the dreaming. I hope you get it sorted out. If you can't get settled down and need a friendly place or a friend, you know we are here for you.

Yes, I think even people without DID have days like this - DID can just be more extreme or happen more often.

Sadly, my system is based in confusion and in the dark where no one can see anyone. We're 56 now, so I guess we managed, but it drives me bonkers somedays because it's like a tornado at night - all hell is breaking loose and I can't see a thing. I try not to think about it too often because it drives me sooooo crazy.
