not sure on the time zones. Where will party be held? Also how u gonna make sure host be there? Does host know or is it suprise. Good idea Eriks

Host is very upset.
Today she was supposed to be taken out to dinner by her mother and a family friend. Mother still hasn't called, and it's snowing heavily; the snow isn't supposed to stop untill tomorrow, which ruins all of Host's birthday plans, save for the surpise party here. dosen't the poor child get a resprite? for host I know how big disappointments like that feel, as my parents aren't the greatest at fulfilling their promises and plans.
