If you want to get yourself into Hot water, criticize another Black women (or a person with MPD/DID) who is hoping, wishing, trying, or struggling. Chances are, the minute you open your mouth, her heart will start racing, her mouth will drop open, her eyes will bulge, and you will be verbally attacked. .... So what is integration? What does it mean to reunite your lost soul parts? We write this so no name and other will know what it means to all of us. When an alter is first able to time share with others at first all are aware of it but information is not shared until all sides feel safe ( there are times that information is forced and this will cause pain for all parties but we want to talk about when information is shared willingly on all sides.) AS the spirit sister or brother realize that they are safe. They will begin to share information about themselves now weather it be of their thought or physical body memoirs it will depend on each one. Know what hurt no name the most is that she did not understand that even though we did not know of her memoirs, we still had a basic understanding of how she was created. Yes we were hurt and we cried and we were p*ss*ed cause of how the body was treated not only from before but in the present time. That was why she was so sad from sharing her pain. She thought she failed us and she did not it was the community of bigotries that failed us not her. When you live in a community that teaches hate of those that are different then you how could she have failed us when she is still mentally a child. No matter how wise she is in life. Later once we are sharing thought, we can sit back and let them have outside time but still be aware of what is going on. WE can be their to nurture them and make sure they have safe time outside. We taught each other different skills by using this method. When the spirit sister or brother feel safe they will start sharing memoirs’ at first it is small stuff. But once the gates are open it like riding the rapids of a river. Not only do we share the memoirs but the body pains of all the alters experience. It is during this time that I call it the reboot process, or the dance of fire. This is when the sister/brother spirit truly becomes a part of the whole. Even though they can still have their own space when needed their information can still be shared with the whole. What they feel we feel as a whole. This is the time that you are truly becoming integrated. ………………………………....................
….. So to all those that choice to heal to become one again in self and in soul. By enduring the dance of fire you will become one. But most important when you let your parts be heard and loved the pain is less cause the spirit is ready for the information. May those that endure these times you are a true warrior, a true relations to the sister and brotherhood of the healers.
