Hey all, since i was seven i've suffered from PTSD and along with it came Depersonalization Disorder as a way of coping, and then to cope with that i have self harm.
So its all very messed up really.
The doctors being a prick and telling me there is "nothing wrong with me" and tbh, I really dont know what to do

With mine like that, i was in a residential psychiatric hospital and could do nothing, so i'd just move on while you have the chance. A lost patient is word enough in my opinion
