ive been working on the past for 13 years....now...all of the sudden my parts are becoming so distinct. oddly it is very disturbing to me. when im one part...the other parts dont seem real anymore .or maybe its that i feel more parts than one at a time like i used to...then we start feeling not real at all. im so confused i really dont know whats happening to me. and im scared im going to lose touch with reality altogether. i dont know if anyone else has felt this way or if im explaining it in a way that makes any sense?...kasva
Thanks for this!

Kasva:

We pray safety, protection and caring while you work this out with your therapist. Try to be very gentle with all of yourselves till you can find some place to sort all of this out.

In the meantime, hope you can get to a chat on grounding or a DD chat.

Love
Hunny

Kasva, do you think that perhaps the parts are blending?

((((((((Kasva)))))))))

You are not alone in this....we understand disconcerting...but we also are getting better at observing the melding...without it.

We all be with you.

Love,
