I wanted to extend an olive branch to everyone who I've offended recently with my abrupt comments. Please accept my apologies as I struggle with the different, and sometimes crude-speaking, parts within. Perhaps the struggle is more about realizing that I'm headed down a path that I can't control.

So, to show my sincerity, and although this feels very odd, I'm giving my very first e-hug.

(((((writingwithink))))) we all have parts that need to unload the beauty of it here is that we can unload others can read it or not but those that are frusterated and confused do have a safe place to vent and unload that which we may not have any other place to unload. just remind your parts that are in anger to use the trigger warnings. we all say things here that we might not say in the real world but where else can you unload our deepest fear and not be told to our face that we are totally wrong. Feeling are not wrong it is how we react to those feeling that will cause us and other harm. If you looked into my post even we have made an open apology to those here that is the wisdom of letting go of the pain but letting others know that it was not them but the pain within that you and your parts are stricking out at.

Thank you writing but I think anderson said it all. Sometimes those within do not understand. Sometimes we do not understand. Letting out those things through words but not lashing out at others. And using that trigger icon so others can make the choice of whether they can safely read or not.

Apology accepted so please do not worry about that. Just know that we understand how sometimes things come without knowledge, and helping those within know how to use safety will help. Thank you again for posting. Sending gentle hugs and loving thoughts.
