It was strange her little inside my system he and my littles kept waking me up in middle of night when i talk to host she said he was telling her i had hundreds of littles at first wasn't sure if all was real but then they asked me a question about on of my littles that only my Alters would know (samantha my little wants a doll ) i never told anyone about that before he asked the question he asked me did samantha get her dolly (doll) thats when it hit me that all this was real that it's not fake not just the Alter coming into my system but my Alters too i now know all is real.
I have had my doubts about her having DID, And this has made fell really uncomfortable. I don't believe in any way that we can transfer alters to other hosts. I have blocked her on my face book now cos she keeps going on about this one thing. Am i wrong in my thinking?? Please help

All I can say is Wow! don't know how to help but know that you were heard. Sounds very bizarre indeed! But then, the whole DID thing is still very bizarre to me...and i guess that in my journey, if I've learned nothing else, I've learned that anything is possible! I would have done what you have done and broken contact with that person. Protection of the self is paramount, so feel safe any way you need to. Good luck!  kp

I'm so sorry that this happened to you. It sounds to me that this person is toxic and manipulating you. I agree with KP your safety comes first. Please continue to stay safe {safe hugs if okay}

(((((((((((((Susierose)))))))))) I have never heard of anything like this nor have I had anything like that happen, but I don't know whether or not your friend has DID or any type of DD. Whether or not she does, in my opinion, it does sound like she has some mental illness going on.
There are reasons people decide to show various symptoms of different illnesses while not actually having them (if that is the case) and I do often think that is a mental illness in itself. I'm so sorry it made you feel uncomfortable. I imagine she doesn't realize how invalidating or uncomfortable that might make others. I think you were wise to block her from your facebook to cut down on the stress. Good self care. Perhaps you could ask your T about it as well so you can work through those feelings? Take gentle care. We care about you.

thinks you did right thing in blocking this person because they are not being truthful alters are not transferable they are fragments of each individual our angels who helped body survive a person that would say such a thing is a barrior to healing they save scraps of information while we/alters are chatting and use it to their advantage. congrats on the self-care move in blocking them it shows strength of system ^i^ cary __________________ find the will to carry on and healing will follow... |
