A couple of days ago, one of my alters expose the rest of the system, at a forum At Jesus feet.. It make feel sand and Angry..Why been expose like that? what do you think about that ?

Did that make you feel unsafe hon? Does it worry you that people know who is there? Maybe the other alter thinks it was a good idea to let people know. Could you talk with them and ask why they did it? I hope you find some answers. Take good care of yourself!  sabby |

(((((((((((((((((((((Gennoah))))))))))))))))))) I am sorry that you feel sad and angry at one of your alters. Maybe you can ask them why they did that. Did it make you frightened? Maybe you can talk tell them how it makes you feel.

Why do you think the alter exposed the rest? Maybe they were feeling vulnerable? Afraid? So many reasons that alts push their way out. It can be really embarrassing. I understand that you would feel betrayed by that part. It really isn't a pleasurable experience when an alt blind sides you.
Something was triggered for some reason. Maybe you could write your feelings down about this.....?? Be safe hun
