So confused! who am i? who are they? I don't know if im me or a alter. have survived this way for so long, now in therapy i get asked who's out? I don't ****ing know? is this the real me or a alter? Are we so ****ed up that the host is tucked so far away we cant find her? so so so so confused I started group therapy in July last year and sill dont recognize my refection, Still not growing older mentally, just stuck while kids around me grow up, leave school. My body is 41 and im not.

no, its all the time....i have been like this for 11 years not knowing who i am. Before i kinda knew who i was, but knew i had issues. I did not know about DID till i went therapy in my last year.
