Please I need to know how do you stop your alter from doing things you don't want him to do, things that would make you sick?

you don't know that this is an alter. dear, you need to get to a hosp, clinic or dr...asap.

I would agree with kd. You need to be evaluated by a professional to see what is happening. Whether this is an alter or something else you need to get somewhere to make yourself safe.
