My name is Zack and am the alter in this body and I would love to know how do I become the host and make him the alter, I see how he runs his life and I know for a fact that I would run it better, he is my friend and I would do anything for him but honestly I would do a better job at running his life than he would, so how do I become the host or whatever its called.

I would suggest asking your therapist. He/she may have suggestions.

Take care.

Hi zack! Do you have a T? I don't like all the names they have for us like host, alter and that kind of stuff. We are all important.

More time... How does one get more time? I do think I am entitled to my share. At the very least. Or it should be allocated on merit. I hear ya, and if you figure it out let me know.

nice to meet you Zack!

i like the word 'souls' better than 'host' and 'alters.' i agree, everyone is important. talking to the T is a good idea too, after all, maybe the T can help everyone reach a compromise.

one thing to remember is that when it comes to being allotted time, everyone wants their fair share...and everyone wants their 'fair' share to be a lot. but there are only 24 hours in a day. time out needs to be discussed, re-discussed and eventually agreed upon. otherwise no one will get their 'fair share.'

colorurple} Hello. My doctor says that who ever gets time is the one who needs to be getting time to do things be cause others can not do what they can. We stopped fighting long ago for time. I do not get much time now though. jj.

hello zack,
it'sounds maybe like you are angry? is good to talk about in therapy and that you can help the system is good. is hard sometimes, to think positively about the host who seems much like a shell and not so smart a person, but like others have said all the parts are needed. I guess that mean the host too. Our host, she is much depressed, I think I could better too than her, sometimes I do. But family gets upset some when Leanna is present and (no known as(prism)here) but no host. maybe we try to please other people tto much and should think of our own needs first. not sure. is hard to know. we don want to upset children. what you think now? since it has been a while? since you write. new here, Leanna w/prism
