Hi lucy,

I like that you are able to post how angry you are. That is healthy to express things instead of holding them inside where they can feel all icky or even worse make us want to hurt ourselves!

Please stay safe and away from sharp objects lucy.

with concern,

Hi Lucy,

It's ok to be angry sometimes. It feels good to tell people how you feel too. I would be angry if I was lied to also.

I hope you stay safe though.

If you want to talk some more I hope that you do. We are here to help if you want to talk.

Stay safe.

Anger is a natural feeling. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Being able to express it is awesome. I have a hard time doing that myself but I'm learning as you are too. Be proud of yourself for this accomplishment. Hope to hear more accomplishments from you!!
Love,
RhysMadison

lucy, i think you are very brave and strong to post your anger here in a place where it is safe for you to express and feel your anger. you have a right to be angry and words are a great way to let it out. keep it up.

stay safe,
shadowdancer

I write my angy words too. I write in colors that I feel. Most of colors I feel are black and red. I just keep writing and talking to our T. She says I can get angry but I have to stay safe. That is the hard part, but I try.
