We been very angry lately. To the point we can't say one nice word to anyone. Just seemed everytime I turned around I was trying to take someones head off. Think it's just been from all this frustration we have. So last night our T took us outside for garden therapy. The place I go for T is in an old converted house with a large garden in the back. I been floating so much of late been hard to get back to the present. Yesterday when working with 2 of my client's I floated out and came back later in the conversation. I was so embarrassed, angry at myself and scared. What was said while I floated away? Just so upset. So T took me out to the garden, had me look at the flowers and name off the colors and smell the air. Sounds simple but made a big difference. I'm not so angry this morning.

It was very grounding. I wish I could do it on my own. But right now it's to hard. T had to walk me through everything step by step. Maybe one day. Right now, have to have someone say " can you smell the flowers?, what color are they?" For me on my own it's just a gray haze I see most of the time. Hard right now.
TY for the hugs (((((((((((((((( KD )))))))))))))))))))))
