So far, out of the four books we got from the bookstore on DID, the only one that hasn't triggered or upset us is Got Parts?. It has some really neat ideas and stuff; I was actually rather surprised to find out that some of the bigger things it recommends doing, I was already doing (like a safe space--they say "dome", we have a treehouse; and like a System Contract, which to us are "The Rules"). Still going through it...Just felt like sharing, cause it's really informative and it's helping us (like with keeping a System journal, where everyone can write, and unlike our regular journal, it's ONLY for things pertaining to DID/the System).

The other books that I have are:

The DID Sourcebook
Multiplicity from the Inside Out
The Family Inside: Working With the Multiple

Has anyone found any of this particularly (more) useful (than other books)? Are there any books I don't have that I should look at? Any feedback would be great. I'm a bookworm--most of what I learn is from books; why should DID be any different?
