I've been wanting to share something with my friends here. I haven't been around as much. Because this is really hard.
I'm a survivor of r*tual ab*se. I'm really scared that I'll be kicked out. Rejected or not believed. I feel really alone right now. The fall time is our most vulnerable. Because of all the triggers. I wanted to share it here. Where I feel safe. I don't know what else to say right now. Just feeling scared. patti and all of us |

Thank you for sharing this Patti et all! You are very brave to do so! We feel very happy that you feel safe enough here to share this with us.
We will never reject you on the basis of any bad experience from your past. We only judge people on the basis of what we know about them now, and we have only seen you be a kind and caring person. We are very sorry for the suffering you went through.  Patti et all ~Emma & Gretta |

Thank you for sharing and for reaching out. I know it took so much for you to do that and we are very proud of you. Please know that we are here for you and we will not reject you nor judge you. We do understand more than you know and we believe you. Please take your time and remember to do your selfcare. You are not alone for we are all walking this road to healing some may be a little ahead and can give hope where some may not have hope, some are just starting and can reach and be reached back to, and many are walking in the middle somewhere still reaching and learning that it is okay to let go and maybe even begin to find that hope. For all of us we listen, support, encourage, and give hugs. It took time for us to get to where we are and it will take time to get out. Reaching out is the first step. Remember to breath and take it as slow as you need to. Thank you for trusting us enough to reach and for giving us the chance to support you. Know that you are not alone.
