i can't deal with anything right now including being here for the time being. it hurts to much to sit at the computer. hurts to be at home. hurts to be out in public. just can't deal with talking to anyone even my family. i'm going to stay in my bed and hope the world goes away and leaves me alone.

we are so sorry that you're experiencing physical pain in addition to just being.

we hope that taking to bed will allow you time to gather yourselves enough to return to tiny steps......until then rest sounds good.
