I had an appointment with my psych dr. today. He's admitting me to the psych unit. I'm nervous, but its a good place. I've been there before.
I need to finish packing. Just wanted to update you all. patti and all of us |

Thanks everyone. I got home yesterday. I'm doing ok. They adjusted my meds. And, I had group and individual therapy. I'll be going to my own therapy twice a week for awhile. This is an especially triggering time of year.
