And her reply was "Then we will just have to love all of you. Hang in there." I am soooo happy to hear that but kinda freaking out internally; figure it's cause I'm (we're) so used to hearing the worst that when we get the best, it feels like we don't deserve it...I dunno if that makes ANY sense, but we don't know whether to laugh or cry or scream or hug someone or what....It's weird...good, but weird. I wish so badly my parents would react that way, but I know they never will, so I'll never tell them...

Thoughts or input?

Expect nothing from them and you will never be disappointed. When you accept them for who they really are then the pain may ease. Take care.

We agree with everything you said in the thread, AF, because recently things like this have been happening to us latley, and we are used to having reactions like you have had!

We are so glad that she said that. We still receive mix reactions from being different but each one that has given us hope have been the one that have said "I guess that we have to accept all of you." May she help you all on your journy of healing within.
