Morgana went out today yay!

Morgana went out today and had a great time. She wore a long purple dress with sweeping sleeves and a cape, she always looks as if she stepped out of a camelot type movie.

She took me out without Xanax! that is the first time in ages that she managed to get out and for the first time in 4yrs we went out without any medication; we were out all day which is something that just doesn't happen and DJ said it was a good day.

I feel pleasantly tired and I think I'll sleep well tonight. I have a lovely sense of satisfaction and sense of achievement,

Thank you all so very much! I woke somewhat anxious this morning but still happy that I can recognise the achievement. I appreciate your support so much. If it weren't for your support I would still be sitting here fighting the voices, crying wondering what had happened to the last 24 hours.

Morgana is a powerful woman who doesn't care what anyone thinks of her or what anyone says of her. She looks like she has just stepped out of a medieval novel with flaming curly red hair down to the small of her back (I always keep my hair tied), and flowing dresses and jewellery from ancient times. I have a few photos of when she has shown herself.

DJ adores her because she will go anywhere with him at the drop of a hat and she will allow photos of herself to be taken (I loathe having my pic taken), and she will sit by the water for ages picnicing. I wish she were me and I were she because I could be proud of who I am and what I stand for. I could enjoy my life and enjoy DJ's life too.

Morgana has now convinced us to begin growing many different types of sprouts as "medicants" as she calls them and she promises faithfully that they are better than the "toxicants" I am taking at the moment. This is weird I have me who has a scientific background trusting medications, and Morgana who despises medications and wants me to go all natural by sprouting my own medicants. This can be so humerous at times can't it? I came home yesterday with a seed sprouter and a dozen packets of seeds...this I can see will be something for Morgana to do...I love the garden but a green thumb I don't think I have, although Morgana does, plus she has done modern courses for herbs and bachflowers etc...
