I'm so sorry Trinity. I don't know if this will help you, but sometimes when I feel like I am having a panic attack or things are just too much "on edge" and I feel lost, I step outside to a quiet place, take some slow deep breaths, and try to focus on the beauty of this wonderful world around me. I live in the mountains by a creek but you can visualize this too, where you go to a peaceful place in your mind.

Also, just going to a safe place in your house and use comfort things from your grounding box will help too.

I wish you well. And here are some peaceful pictures too.
