I'm mad at people who said they would be there for me and then weren't. People who decided I am just "too much" for them. Well heck, they knew I had a mental illness when we first met. I trusted them and they went away. I was there for them and they decided not to be there for me. They made a choice and broke their promise. I wish they hadn't promised if they didn't mean it. I trusted them and I shouldn't have because they walked away. I was sad but now I'm mad.

i'm sorry that happened. alot of times ppl don't understand mental/emotional illness so they will distance...that's especially true for DID i think...because of media and hyped up exposure.

did you tell them about DID possibility or no? just curious and you sure don't have to answer.

This has happened several times with me. Sometimes the other people involved have also had mental health problems.
I don't think the DID possibility was the issue. I don't really understand what the issue was. The thing that makes me mad is the people who have assured me they would not do this and then do.

Hi Shula,

This has happened to me so many times. They all say that "oh, i'll be there for you" but only the very most unusual & loyal people stay.
I don't think DID is the issue, majority of people just aren't trustworthy, whether or not they got problems. On the other hand, some are, even if their probs are bad .

Most ppl irl just don't want to deal with probs. It makes me angry too, coz we are always there for them.
