Had a great holiday. Lots of resting but also time for thinking as well.

I have lots more thinking to do and talking as well. I really want to come off my anti-anxiety meds (the new ones) as the side effects are too disabling to allow me to take the beneficial dose - so I am taking the lower dose the dr agreed with me but feeling as anxious as I was.
I also want to come off all my antidepressant meds I am just so sick of being on them all and I am not sure they are doing what they are supposed to and the side effects again make my life harder. I see my dr this week and will talk to him tho I am sure he will say no... then I will have to make a decision.

We have read all the messages we missed and hope people are doing OK. Sorry so many of you have been having tough times, but also glad to read the good things.
It's good to be back - we have missed you all and reading your messages and talking to you.

hi w-i, vicki, deedee and willow
Willow, I love your new name.
Glad you are all doing OK. I read about how busy you are going to be. With school starting back for me on Monday I think I will be in and out too but I hope to manage to keep up.
Look after yourselves.
