I thought this was a very nicely written article on integration. It's written by Rachel Downing, LCSW who completed integration in 1990.

Understanding Integration As A Natural Part Of Trauma Recovery

When I started with the T I have now. On our second session he gave me a copy of "Can I Look Now? Recovery from Multiple Personality Disorder" that is writen by Rachel Downing. It's a very basic book (booklet, only 33 pages) but it is a simple way to explain to someone about the dx when they first start T. Think the best ppl to explain something is someone who has been there and come out on the other side.

Wow! Thank you for that information. After these past few days I needed something I could hang onto, some kind of hope.
