i cannot remember it at all. i have a lump on the back of my head that is sore and i do not remember ever going. i feel sad and overwhelmed. i thought i could do it....so did i? Or what happened? i am scared.

Bmee2, I agree with Kasva. Give your T a call and explain you don't remember the session and ask for a quick update. It would be important information for your T to know you don't remember the session.

I think your T will understand your anxiety and be more than willing to give you a quick update on your appointment, and maybe even schedule another one at your pace. It is very important to go at your pace and let her/him know when they are going to fast for you. The therapy is for you not for them. I know that you can do it, even though it seems infinitely difficult.

Just call her and ask. Also when I first started therapy I use to tape my sesions so that I could listen to them later. It was how my first T earned my trust. Now I just take a person I trust with me but either way that should help you find safety some how. ![]()
