i would like cuddles but I still feel too scared to be seen. Being noticed is dangerous. but thank you - you are very kind to me.

ok , you can take muriel into the dark bit, give her a cuddle then give me her back when you finished. Be careful cos she dances about alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't gotten enough sleep or food and then I got lots of coffee (plus food fortunately) and -then-.......I felt way too wired and tired and wound up. Could not seem to lay down and rest.
Finally I made myself lay down. I thought of the dragon cave and tried it out for a visualization. Imagined curling up with a warm, comforting dragon, and it worked! I even got a nap.

i might have to try this. I went to bed about 30 minutes ago and got right back up cos I knew I couldnt sleep. Im just too awake.

Give it a try, it helps, is relaxing, and you can slowly fall asleep while creating more and more detail. Choose the color of the dragon, how it feels, how it keeps you safe and all.

I also sometimes try visualisations when I can't get to sleep. I have some safe places and I often use those.

I slept well and am going to use a visualization of the dragon cave tonight. I like the idea of the warmth and safety. Do dragons purr?

I've decided our dragons do purr if we want them too.
 Also came up with another idea, that some dragons can just eat anything we want to get rid of, scary feelings and memories. They can safely take care of them, since they are so fire cleansed inside.
