the den

This is the den. It's an empty space right now and I thought it would be a good idea if we all suggested what could go in there.

I'm starting with an offer of a quilt for everyone who would like one. Quilts are great for cuddling in and hiding under when things are too scary. If you tell me your favourite colours or pictures or styles I will try to find you a special quilt for yourself.

Oh I would love my heavy wool pendleton blanket as the weight and warmth comforts me. I also have a hevy cotton navajo print blanket that is comforting. For pillows I like the beanie pillows best. Also can we have a place for soft light and a place for bright light? Somethimes I need the bright to see better. I would like to offer to make the floor from felted wool. Soft and durable. Thanks

What a clever idea about the light, thats really imporant cos sometimes we need shaddow and sometimes we got bad eyes and need lots of light.

deedee says anyone can use her yellow blanky. It's big 'nough for 2 to wrap in it.
Willow would like to bring soft socks incase anyone's feet get chilly.
May I bring my big soft cuddly dog Noah?? He is warm and likes his ears rubbed.

(((((((Fuzzy)))))) we have some special tea that is for fuzzy bears with headaches. It warms the tummy and soothes the grrrrrrrs. It smells like how a good hug feels.

i'm pretty sure that i heard someone say that sometimes they need shadow....so here i am

i want to bring warm comfort foods... i want soups and warm gooey s'mores and hot chocolate. for me, i want mexican food because that is my comfort food ooo and i also wanna bring a sweatshirt or 'hoodie' because it is warm but it has a nice hood to cover your head and hide under.

hmm i'll keep thinking.

I found you a quilt and I hope you like it. It is a light and shadows quilt so I thought you could use it in the soft light and the bright light.

I'm bringing Willow and Deedee to the den. they are having memories and feel sad, confused and scared. Seems like the people they thought were the nicest to them really weren't, they were just the lesser of the evils.
