It bothers me about how often we switches. We look like that crazy person that talks to hisself saying all sorts of things. But that is us.
It was harder when we had to pretend to be normal. It was so hard and we were unhappy. I known I was. It's sorta embarrassing, but it's less stressed and feels good to not be bound to a part. |

I tell you what's crazy, all this switching in a hyper kind of way. Jumping from other to other to other within minutes like a merry go round.

Yes. I do think that one of the most difficult aspects of mental illness can be struggling to always act "normal", as if everything is just perfectly fine. I managed to do this, sort-of, literally for decades. I still do it. But the older I get the more difficult it becomes...
