My therapist mentioned I may have a slight dissociative issue. She said I may not be completely split but sometimes it seems it. Shld I be worried if I'm split

IMO, nah, I wouldn't be worried. If you are you have been for a while it just had not reached your awareness.

Yeah with Omers. If you have split you'd know it by now.

We all dissociate in one degree to another. Daydreaming is in the Spectrum with Dissocaitive Disorders. There are other things to worry about this, this isn't one of them, imo.
