emotions are so hard to deal with for me. I don't feel any most of the time (well, regarding triggers or past), then when I do they're so intense and feel out of control.

Emotions are really hard to deal with. I get some feelings and just get so scared feeling anything I don't know what to do. I have no idea how to express anything. So everything just stays stuffed in. Happy, sad, mad, frustration, laughing. Never been aloud to say or cry how I feel. Now I'm told I'm suppose to talk and express my feelings. Yeah right !!!

I have that problem with anger.

Oh sure, I get mad...but I don't get the kind of angry-mad that T wants me to feel. It is too scary. It might kill me. How can I be that angry at the dead?

Stump on the grave and scream. I want to do that so bad somedays. And then I'm scared that I'll run straight into the one that's alive. Constant fear.

What I feel inside is so bad I feel like they could just destroy me. And T is saying to let them out. Way easier said then done.
